We have openings in our residential tear off and recover, new construction, gutter, and low slope roofing divisions. ROOFERS – LABORER $10-$12 DOE

ROOFERS – INSTALLERS $12-$17 DOE

Understand all aspects of the installation of asphalt shingles.
Desire to learn new and efficient ways of installing roofing systems.

ROOFERS – SUPERVISOR $17-$22 DOE

Lead and Manage work flow efficiently and safely.

Communicate, train, and ensure job-specific safety plans prior to the start of jobs. Conduct job-site audits; Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines (OSHA, Company, etc.).

Install various roofing systems. Attention to detail and quality.

Plan and supervise daily production and quality work goals to complete jobs efficiently.

Deliver excellent customer service, making every effort to honor their instructions and address concerns amicably.

Be responsive with all field and office personnel. Communicating regularly crew, project manager and office staff regarding work and personnel issues.

Valid driver’s license.

Have a working smart phone to text, email, take photos, etc. Ability to use phones, tablets, computers, apps, systems, and other relevant technology tools.

Ability to read, interpret and write English in a proficient, professional manner.

Communicate effectively and exhibit a desire to help customers even in all situations.

Ability to execute and teach others to perform roof system installations.

Ability to teach proper safety procedures, identify and correct unsafe conditions according to company and OSHA standards, using equipment and materials appropriately.

Able to thrive in a dynamic, interactive environment.

Ability to understand complex problems and make decisions that will benefit of Customers and Company.

Supervisors must be able to work well with others in a Leadership, Management and Teamwork role.

    Jobs are strenuous and physical. Work is done outside in all weather; on top of roofs; climbing ladders; lifting heavy bales of roofing materials. Therefore, a person desiring to work as a Roof Installer or Passer, must verify that they can physically do the requirements of the job.
